One Last Great Hurrah! Portsmouth to Gosport under the Harbour.

 Elfric Wells Chalmers Kearney, proposed High Speed Railway System from Portsmouth to Gosport under the Harbour. 

This scheme was one of Elfric's final attempts to have the  system adopted on a large scale.

We have come a long way from the first proposed scheme for the Kearney Thom High Speed Railway from London to Brighton. 

We will once again present all the information available from the The Kearney Society Archive's research.

It may not tell the whole story of this scheme, but we hope it will provide a firm foundation for further research.
