During Elfric's attempts to have The Kearney Thom High Speed Railway System adopted.
One of the lesser known locations was between Nice and Monte Carlo on the French Riviera The Kearney Society Archive, has a copy of the publication that Elfric printed to assist his cause.
Items relating to this proposed scheme are extremely difficult to unearth.
