We have now concluded the involvement of Elfric Wells Chalmers Kearney in the story of the Gattie Clearing House.
There is a comparison to be made of both Elfric's and Gattie's schemes. Both were never adopted any were in the world, once again "vested interests" were at work to prevent their progress.
There is a lot more to The Gattie Clearing House story than I have been able to document.
The Kearney Society Archive, has a large collection of items relating ot the Gattie Scheme. But at present we are still only half way through the story of Elfric Wells Chalmers Kearney.
The Kearney Society Archive has provided copies of published documents which were used to illustrate Elfric's part in this scheme.
