Correspondence, Eastern Suburbs Railway.

It is indeed welcome news to thousands of men , who like myself are unemployed. I take off my hat off to the Kearney Company, for their wonderful offer to finance and build the Eastern Suburbs Railway and it is to be hoped that the Government accept their offer at once and by so doing enable thousands of unemployed to again get back into full time work, instead of us having to be content with just a "crust".
