Something's do not change only the type of garbage dumped by countries in the sea. Plastic in place of ashes!

"Where do all these ashes come from which spoil our beautiful beaches?" Asked Mr. E?W. Chalmers Kearney of High Speed Railway fame. I told him that our city (Sydney) disposes of its garbage by dumping it three miles out at sea and the waves wash it back into the beaches. We were walking along the beach at Dee Why.
Did he say anything about vandalism or iconoclasm as applied to the destruction of nature's works of art? He did not . He merely looked incredulous as though he couldn't believe his senses.
