Owing to the fact that the Kearney High Speed Railway Company Limited had been invited to prepare estimates for the construction of a short tube in one of the large provincial towns and to the fact the proposed extension of the Bakerloo railway to Crystal Palace being obtained for the construction of The Strand and Crystal Palace railway on the Kearney system before the claims advanced on behalf of that system have been fully demonstrated, the Directors of the company have decided to postpone the presentation of the Bill until next year.
